2026 SUMMIT CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, due to the nature of event planning and associated costs, the following cancellation policy applies to all sponsors and exhibitors of the CUCP Summit:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to admin@cucpros.org.

Refund Schedule:

• 90+ days prior to the event: Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee
   
• Less than 90 days prior to the event: No refund
   

Additional Notes:

• If unable to attend, a substitute representative from the same organization may be sent at no additional charge (notification required in writing).
   
• No-shows will not be refunded or credited.
   
• Sponsor/exhibitor benefits and visibility will continue per the original agreement, even in the case of non-attendance, unless otherwise requested.
